There is no way anyone with less than probably a 20 inch waist could wear the tight elastic band that this skirt has. I am still in pain from trying it on 2 days ago. It was like having a boa constricter around my waist. They give a false statement for the waist size this skirt is supposed to fit. I do not have a large waist.
