New Style Women"s Lace Jeans Denim Party Evening Cocktail Dress Skirt

Couldn"t possibly be sized for an adult!!!
I am 5" 2" and weigh 118. I wear size 4. I couldn"t even get this skirt on. Would probably fit an 8 year old child.
A shame because it was a beautiful skirt!!
