Fabric is wrinkly and cheap looking. It is two layered and difficult to get the seams to line up properly. The shirring on the skirt is sloppily done and creates an odd looking hang at the slit. The waistband is cheap looking and it is difficult to make it stay in place. I normally wear an extra small, but it was very tightly fitted. A small fit, but did not hug smoothly from hip to waist. I thought this was a deal, but it"s not even worth it at 80% off.
