I bought this skirt because I wanted to look like the woman in the photo!
I should have ordered a personal fan to allow the skirt to constantly blow in the breeze because mine doesn"t do that. :-)
I just had a baby and my waist is at 29 inches currently. This skirt fits perfectly on me. It is slimming--and an elastic waist (didn"t know that before purchasing).
The color is a little different than the photo. The actual color I received is more of a medium honey brown with a darker chocolate brown. The fabric is more shimmery rather than the matte color pictured.
There is full coverage with the skirt --one thicker slip like material which is shorter and is beneath the longer thinner fabric.
The quality of the stitching is very good. I think if I take care of it, I"ll have for quite a while.
I"m about 5" 5" and this is at my ankles. Beautiful length.
The washing instructions were written in Chinese on the paper tag, but basic pictures show machine or hand wash cool and hang dry.
There is no inside label to differentiate the front from back, so I basically turn the skirt to the most flattering position and voila!
I"m very happy with this skirt!
